Zinfonia Connect publishers and distributors have direct access to Zinfonia data services which provides them with the facility to respond directly to customer requests through the My Orders section of Zinfonia.

With Zinfonia Connect, distributors can provide up-to-the-minute status of your order at every step of the ordering process with information such as exactly when the order was received, fulfilled, dispatched, invoiced or returned.

Some publishers also have the ability to provide tracking information for your parcels and PDF copies of your paperwork.

Look out for the Zinfonia Connect symbol to see if your distributor can offer these enhanced capabilities.
